BookRide provides taxi booking services connecting passengers with independent drivers. We act as an intermediary platform and do not own, operate, or control the vehicles or drivers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to treat drivers with respect and follow all applicable laws
• You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your ride

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to driver availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Payment must be made as per the pricing displayed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable charges
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, or waiting time
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
